RoboCupJunior and the European Championship
The RoboCupJunior brings together pupils from all over the world in an international robotics competition that focuses on creativity and technical skill. In disciplines such as Soccer, the teams show how their robots perform in a soccer-like scenario. The Rescue and OnStage categories also challenge the participants by mastering complex rescue scenarios or presenting robots in artistic performances.
The RoboCupJuniors European Championship is a prestigious event that brings together young robotics enthusiasts from different European countries. At this championship, participants have the opportunity to measure and showcase their skills and achievements in robotics at a continental level. IdeenExpo is an event in Germany that aims to get young people interested in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). It was launched in 2007 and takes place every two years.
